Framed by the amazing Umbrian landscape, located near Acqualoreto, in a walk distance from medieval towns like Todi and Orvieto, standing above a hill and overlooking the surrounding beautiful panorama, San Valentino owns a dominant position. At the first floor, outside reachable through a stone staircase and inside by a wood one located in the living room, is composed by a hall, two bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study. The guesthouse, currently used as the keeper home, is divided into a kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The farmhouse is surrounded by a 5 ha park which guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Thanks to its good location, it is also possible to do some interesting trips into the different hamlets near the property or even towards the Corbara, Bolsena and Trasimeno Lakes.
