Description

The main building is a 250 sq.m stone farmhouse with 2 floors. It was completely restored in 2001, keeping the original characteristics unchanged. This was possible thanks to high quality materials in line with the tradition such as cotto tile flooring and wooden beams.
– The Ground Floor consists of many rooms currently used as storage and warehouse;
– On the First Floor, accessible by external staircase with loggia, there is a kitchen and a lounge with a fireplace, apart from the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The farmhouse was completely restored in 2001 and externally it has exposed stone facades and wooden frames with railings. Internally, there is cotto flooring and ceilings with exposed wooden beams and cotto tiles.

The property is located just 1.5 km from the centre of the nearest hamlet, in a quite isolated position. Many towns are easy accessible, for example: Pienza (9 km), Montepulciano and Monticchiello (15 km), Montalcino (22 km). Moreover, the area is well served by motorway and freeway, so it is easy to reach the main cities and, consequently, the airports of Perugia (75 km), Florence (100 km), and Rome (200 km).

Considering the vicinity to the town, the house can be used as a first home or as a second home to have a starting point for comfortable visiting all the centre of Italy, with the departure from the beautiful Tuscany.
